hiya! so i put the image i want over a mask overlay and use the clipping tool! i have to adjust the size of the image or canvas here and there to make it fit right but thats about it! its super easy, im just not the best at explaining. you can find a ton of mask overlays on tumblr though! i usually search "rentry mask" and pick what i like or see fit! i use my art program and open the mask in there then copy the image i want and paste it over the mask. i use the image as a clipping layer and align it as i want to the mask. thats about it! i hope this helps :]
